EDG maintains a roster of staff in strategic locations throughout the world including United States, Europe and the Middle East. Major services include surveys and audits of suppliers, materials/equipment procurement, scheduling and expediting, source and onsite inspections, project management and contract management, quality assurance and quality control

As appropriate, this can include, with assistance from engineering, a complete Quality Circle (Audit), involving the following activities: 

  • Adherence to design objectives, operational procedures, schedules and budgets
  • Client satisfaction appraisal, carried out by a formal review team consisting of EDG's Principals, the Quality Assurance Manager and the Project Manager.
  • As required, the Quality Audit Team can be part of the Project Team or can report separately to the Client. Its responsibilities include :-
    • Auditing design philosophies and criteria.
    • Preparation or review of project design and operational procedures.
    • Conducting audit reviews of work to ensure adherence to procedures.
    • Participation at all design review meetings and sign off of drawings, specifications and purchase orders.
    • Report of discrepancies to the Project Manager and/or Owner.
